Our work procedures and standards have been prepared by Eliezer after many years of work experience.

Our experience has taught us, that writing down service terms and coordinating mutual expectations, contribute to the customer’s sense of clarity and confidence. Customers know what we commit to in return for their money, and what we expect of them. Specifying those small details in advance can save a lot of “headache” further down the road, and contributes to good work relationships, as you might have learned from the large numbers of our satisfied clients.

Updating our office in advance regarding any change of plan pertaining to your relocation. Updating our office if any changes are made with regard to  item quantities, access roads, additional loading/unloading stations etc. to ensure we are properly prepared for your transfer. Keeping children away from the work environment. Decent respect and care towards the workers. Signing of the work agreement, so that all details are agreed upon and binding.
